As a valued team member, you''ll deliver exceptional consultancy, training, and support services to both new and existing customers. With a strong command of SQL and PLSQL, you''ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Lead the implementation process, providing invaluable guidance and support to customers. Offer expert advice on data migration into NEC Housing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct comprehensive training sessions and consultancy services, empowering customers to optimize features such as DTI, Query View, Task Manager, Archiving, and Variable Warnings. Excel in assisting customers with data manipulation and cleansing activities, facilitating smooth operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions for customer interfacing and integration requirements. Leverage your technical prowess to develop and customize dataloads to meet specific needs. Provide indispensable support during critical year-end processes, including dataloads, extracts, and notifications, particularly in Leasehold Service Charge and Rent areas. Qualifications Showcase your exceptional training and consultancy skills, delivering clear and impactful services. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities to foster strong customer relationships. Possess a deep understanding of the NEC Housing product, ensuring seamless support and guidance. Exhibit a high level of proficiency in SQL, enabling you to work with data effectively and efficiently. Utilize your expertise in Oracle databases, leveraging their power to enhance performance. Create concise and comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specifications and Dataload Documents. Display an eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies. Embrace occasional travel opportunities, both domestic and international, to collaborate directly with customers and deliver exceptional service.
