Python Developer (Financial Services) Excellent Day Rate (Inside IR35) Glasgow (Hybrid, 50% of time in office) Contract, 6 months Posted Tue 17 Sep 24 CVs ASAP Start date Sep – Oct 24 Meraki Talent’s financial services client is actively looking for an experienced Python Developer to help support a new application within part of the business which has been in production for only a matter of months. This is a data driven application, this individual will work on the data ingestion side, taking the data through, putting into a standard format via Oracle DB. This role would suit a mid to senior level experienced Python Developer who has worked within the financial services, and is able to manage challenging stakeholders. Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring 2/3 days each week in the office in Glasgow. Background of the Python Developer (Financial Services): - Extensive experience working within a Python Development capacity essential - Data mind set essential - Financial services experience essential - Good DB knowledge required - Apache Airflow, Pandas, Dask all nice to have - Happy to undertake a Hacker Rank assessment as part of selection process Please note we receive applications from candidates all over the UK.
