Java with Spark Developer

Role: Java Developer with Spark Location: Mississauga, ON (hybrid/3 days a week from day one) Overview: We are looking for a Java Spark Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The Role Responsibilities: Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Write well designed, testable, efficient code Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Prepare and produce releases of software components Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Requirements: You are: At least 8 years experience in designing and developing solutions using Core Java (Java/J2EE/Spring) Experience with Web Services Security, REST, SOAP Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Micro-Services, Apache-BEAM Experience of Cloud development experience using Azure Experience with Scala is a plus Experience of SDLC experience on Java and Cloud Technology with overall cloud Architecture understanding Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline Jenkins/Docker/OpenShift deployment Strong working experience in Database Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
