Responsibilities
Configure Verifiable’s SaaS solutions for clientsCollaborate with Implementation Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that implementation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardProvide technical support to clients during the implementation processLearn the Verifiable product and platform to operate as an expert and trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams Perform troubleshooting and debugging of technical issues as neededDevelop and maintain technical documentation related to the implementation processParticipate in testing and quality assurance activitiesStay up-to-date with the latest SaaS technologies and industry trendsDevelop and maintain Salesforce automation, data, security, and operational best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions for clientsStrong technical skills in SaaS technologies (Salesforce required)Experience with cloud-based systems and integrationsUnderstanding of Salesforce sharing model and how to set up users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards in the Salesforce platformUnderstanding of data migration leveraging the Apex Data LoaderExperience with Salesforce flow automation Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality serviceAbility to specify technical changes to technical/development teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMore About Verifiable:
