I had the same problem in my blog. I fixed it by going to html and looking for ( thumbnail )
then changed it with (featuredimge) as i remember , not sure , try it it might work , but make sure you have html copy first.
Since the OP is keeping their actual a problem a secret there isn’t much point in keeping this thread going.
